Life Lesson: Build your body

healthy-heart

If you want to be ready to dominate in your life you have to prioritize yourself from a health standpoint.  You will under achieve and waste valuable time and financial resources if you are battling your health.  I’m not saying to go vegan and drink only water.  I’m simply explaining that whatever goes into your body is what is going to come out of it.  Meaning if you’re not constantly putting unhealthy food into your body will probably show it.  Make time for some physical activity in your life whether it’s a full gym workout or at home squats.  Whatever activity you decide to do, stick to it!  Take multi vitamins and stretch.  Sometimes people get sick and start experiencing health issues because of poor blood circulation.

Life Lesson: Strengthen your relationship core

relationship-development

While many times chasing dominance in your life will lead to lonely moments you still need to develop and keep up relationships.  Meaning your need to decide what family, friends, and business contacts will be a part of your base circle.  As you grow throughout your career you need to have a group of relationship to depend on that you know are authentic.  Make it a part of your life to stay in regular contact with people in your circle whether it’s an email, text, phone call, or social media interaction.

Life Lesson: You don’t owe nobody nothing

i-owe-you

You don’t owe anybody more than you owe yourself.  People won’t always believe and throughout life people’s interest in your success will change.  The world won’t always cheer you on in fact most time you won’t be celebrated.  Don’t regret the sacrifices you made in life, don’t feel ashamed about accomplishments when you know you have put in the work.  Most people would be more in life if they stop making excuses and looking for handfuls replaced that energy with busting their butt.  Be grateful that those that have assisted you and acknowledge them but remember you owe yourself.
