I set 8 goals for myself the week of 4/20/20 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I was able to digest less than 100 carbs a day 6 out of 7 days this past week. However, due to back injury I suffered last weekend while working out I haven’t been able to do cardio all week which has hindered me reaching my 265lbs weight goal. My back is about 70% not so I anticipate resuming cardio this upcoming week.
