I set 8 goals for myself the week of 4/27/20 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I did officially start on the new U-Pray.com website though I didn’t get a whole lot done. Writing episode 3 of the podcast was pretty easily but I barely squeezed episode 5. I upgraded my social media pages with a resized logo that looks great. Finished reading the “Monkey Mind” book. I was able to digest less than 75 carbs a day 6 out of 7 days this past week. I wasn’t able to reach my weight goal of being 262 lbs even though I did return to doing cardio every day of the week. I think my weight loss goal was too ambitious but nonetheless I set it and didn’t achieve it. I will modify my daily carb goal to allow a cheat day in the week. I hope you have started your own accountability Monday.
