ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY – Week of 05/04/20

I set 8 goals for myself the week of 05/04/20 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were.  The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed.  I continued to work on the new U-Pray.com website though it was rather slowly.  Wrote and recorded U-Prayer Podcast Episode #5.  I did rehab every weekday on my knees and my rotator cuff.  I gave compliments every day and read daily.  I didn’t meet my weight goal and my daily carb intake goal.  I hope you have started your own accountability Monday.  ⁠I hope you have started your own accountability Monday.
