I set 8 goals for myself the week of 05/11/20 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I continued to work on the new U-Pray.com website though it was rather slowly. Wrote and recorded U-Prayer Podcast Episode #6 – “You’ve Sinned Again, Now What”. I finished reading “Conversation Casanova” by Dave Perrotta. I fasted from white carbs 3x this week. Loss at least 5 lbs. and came up with two additional types of content. I didn’t rehab every weekday on my knees and my rotator cuff as I got busy with work. I also didn’t get a chance to engage online 20 minutes daily. One change I’m making going forward is not having more than 6 goals so I have some buffer in there should family or work issues arise that require more of my free time.
