Poetry Slam: MONDAY RUNWAY

Consciousness rises to hear the sounds of bird chatter,
Sun beaming thru the room like it couldn’t be much prouder.

King size bed filled with the scent of winning,
No drugs, no women, none of the usual sinning.

Arms stretched to the sky to give hug to heaven,
First day of the week of the typical seven.

I’m ready when the floor and my feet meet,
To elevate existence in life to a new peak.

ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY – Week of 06/22/20

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 06/22/20 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I went 5/6 from the field. I was able to purchase a version of the u-prayer.com domain. I spent a portion of each day with God whether it was taking a walk, reading the Bible, and or acknowledging his presence. I found 5-6 app develops on Fiverr. I updated the scope of the Fantasy Block app. Have a new logo for U-Prayer. Initially, I was just going to use the U-Pray logo and change the text. However, the designer made a more evolved version of the logo that look slicker. Lastly, I neglected to post content everyday. I forgot to do something on Wednesday or Thursday I believe. This upcoming week I’m roaring with momentum to a more aggressive 8 goals. Tell me about what goals you set for yourself.

TONE SETTING SUNDAY – Week of 06/29/20

I challenge you all to make at least 8 non-routine goals for the upcoming week and reference them daily. Use them to guide your actions when you have free time. You complete your weekly goals then you don’t have to feel guilty about relaxing. These are my goals for the week of 06/29/20.

My U-Pray website registration ends by August so I’d like to get the new brand transitioned over to U-Prayer before then Given that I have vacation coming up I need to leverage the free time I will have. I also believe now is the time to work on my fantasy sports app while sports are beginning to start back up. In addition to that the success with redoing the U-Prayer logo has encouraged me to try my luck at with Fantasy Block logo. Recently, a vending machine vendor company said they will help me find a location which I deemed as the biggest barrier to entering that field. Therefore, I need to decide how much of an investment is needed in a machine. Lastly, I have several t-shirt ideas that I feel will sell themselves so I need to get at crash course lesson on that.

ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY – Week of 06/01/20

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 06/01/20 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were.  The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed.  I found 17 exercises to do for my rotator cuff.  I likely won’t do all of them but I imagine I’ll do some of them.  Only got about 33% of the way thru the Words that Change Minds book.  Rather then just pour a lump a cash at a SEO virtual assistant and tell them to dance I’ve stumbled on some other growth techniques I will try on my own.  Additionally, I signed up for WordPress Ads to get paid for folks visiting my site.  Also I’ve discovered why so many people use linktree so I’ll be rolling that out fairly quickly.  I didn’t fast all week from the evil threesome of bread, pasta, and potatoes.  I need to come up with something that’s sustainable from long term life style.  Through a book a I read I discovered a website that auto generates hashtags for your topic so I’ll be rampaging with that.  Lastly, I got my cleaner back drop in from Flashery that I can use for items I take pictures of.  Which will come in handy for the recipe book.  I started formatting recipes for the book.  Ho you participate and share your own accountability Monday goals!
