Many White CEOs are Blind to Black Talent Around Them

Well, you can extend this logic to women and most other minorities as well.  Blacks are just the post children of this issue.  Once heard a senior leader at work tell me that they can’t just hire blacks for the sake of it and that they have to be qualified.  I’ll let you digest that sentence.

ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY – Week of 08/31/20

I set 4 goals for myself the week of 08/31/20 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 4/6 of the goals.

While I did audit some of my podcasts I didn’t evaluate all of them.  I did update my book info and keywords.  I probably reduced 40% of the 1 GB of music of my phone.  I did outline and record the “True Self Control” Jimmin Session which is available on YouTube, IG, and my website.  I found a template for my t-shirt business and found one for Fantasy Block app.

I challenge you all to make at least 4 non-routine goals for the upcoming week and reference them daily. Use them to guide your actions when you have free time. These are my goals for the week of 09/07/20.

I will finish testing out the audio quality on my U-Prayer podcasts.  I will eat mainly gluten free for 7 days.  I will add my new coffee crush t-shirts on Amazon and Ebay.  Outline and record my “Route Runner” Jimmin Session. I will finish T-shirt company website.  Lastly, I will finish the Fantasy Block app landing page.
