I challenge you all to make at least 4 non-routine goals for the upcoming week and reference them daily. Use them to guide your actions when you have free time. These are my goals for the week of 12/28/20.
I will make a day by day meal guide to help insure right food is eaten. Work on homebody workout routine #2. I will meet with several marketing firms this week and narrow down my options.
