I set 6 goals for myself the week of 2/8/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 2/4 of the goals.
Part of being accountable is sharing results even when its not favorable. I successfully created a month’s work of content for the u-prayer brand. I also added exit plans and alerts for all my stocks. Unfortunately, I fell short of getting in 5 miles of cardio a day and under 75 carbs a day.
