I set 5 goals for myself the week of 5/24/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 4/5 of the goals.
I updated my grocery matrix spreadsheet to hopefully get better control on grocery spending. I discovered several helpful tips to improve the sound quality on my podcast which I stared implementing this past week. I’ve developed a new red meat free menu that I’ve been utilizing the past few days. Getting in 10 mins of cardio before bed didn’t happen every day. Lastly, I wrote and recorded the God and You Podcast episode 16 – Demigods.
