I challenge you all to make at least 4 non-routine goals for the upcoming week and reference them daily. Use them to guide your actions when you have free time. These are my goals for the week of 6/7/21.
There will be 6 goals this week. Pasta will be back added to my list of do not eats. I will do 16 hour of intermittent fasting between days. My music library will be reduce by 25% and my pic storage by 75%. A one week break will be taken from ESPN and social media. Lastly, I plan on executing the writing and recording of the 18th God and You Podcast episode.
