ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY – Week of 6/7/21

I set 4 goals for myself the week of 6/7/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 3/6 of the goals.

This week wasn’t great for goals.  I had a lot of almost completions which don’t really mean nothing.  I ate pasta one time in middle of week. I violated the 16 hour intermittent fasting on the the last day of the week!  I never got a chance to reduce my music library storage.  However, I did reduce my picture storage by over 75%.  I ghosted ESPN and social media all week.  Lastly, I wrote and recorded the God and You Podcast episode 18 – Loneliness.

I set 4 goals for myself the week of 5/31/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 4/4 of the goals.

I was able to abstain from red meat during my work travel despite many temptations.  I created my fantasy block app to do list.  My home office area was decluttered.  Lastly, I wrote and recorded the God and You Podcast episode 17 – Adultery for all you homewreckers out there.

I set 5 goals for myself the week of 5/24/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 4/5 of the goals.

I updated my grocery matrix spreadsheet to hopefully get better control on grocery spending. I discovered several helpful tips to improve the sound quality on my podcast which I stared implementing this past week.  I’ve developed a new red meat free menu that I’ve been utilizing the past few days. Getting in 10 mins of cardio before bed didn’t happen every day. Lastly, I wrote and recorded the God and You Podcast episode 16 – Demigods.

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 5/17/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 6/6 of the goals.

I updated the pages on the Bizzyjimme.com website and even eliminated a worthless page on it.  A mobile app subscription page was added to the fantasyblock website for programmer to link to.  Podcast page was added to the Bizzyjimme.com website.  Got the IG traffic boost started for the uprayerinc Instagram page.  My wife put together salvation post to weekly send out for those that want to give their live to Jesus.  Lastly, I wrote and recorded the God and You Podcast episode 15 – Wicked Tongue.

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 5/10/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 5/6 of the goals.

I confirmed the maintenance strategy for the Fantasy Block App once it launches.  Received clarity on what to do to fix the subscription payment integration issue with the app.  I networked with someone new this week.  Confirmed my options for growing Instagram following and will be taking action next week.  Will enlist my spouse to help create salvation content for U-Prayer accounts but didn’t prioritize getting the 15th God and You Podcast recorded.

I set 4 goals for myself the week of 5/3/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 3/4 of the goals.

I was able to update my 2-month financial plan which will carry me threw Many and June.  Also added several healthier menu options to my recipe tree.  I didn’t maintain the carb intake as things kind of fell apart when I had to travel a lot this week for work.  Lastly, I wrote, recorded, and posted the #14 God and You Podcast Episode – Doubt.

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 2/1/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 3/6 of the goals.

I successfully brainstormed new content for both the bizzyjimme and u-prayer brands.  Completed at least 3 miles of cardio daily before bed.  Lastly, I wrote episode #8 for God and You podcast.  I didn’t meditate with God the way I needed all 7 days of the week.   Haven’t hired someone to do SEO of the book though that will get finalized any day now.  I also fell short of limiting consumption of carb intake to 75grams.

ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY – Week of 2/8/21

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 2/8/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 2/4 of the goals.

Part of being accountable is sharing results even when its not favorable.  I successfully created a month’s work of content for the u-prayer brand.  I also added exit plans and alerts for all my stocks.  Unfortunately, I fell short of getting in 5 miles of cardio a day and under 75 carbs a day.

I completed the second part of my Babbel Spanish lessons.  I read at least 15 minutes each day this week.  I haven’t hired someone to do SEO of the bizzyjimme site.  I did 2 miles of cardio every night this week before bed.  Lastly, episodes #7 for the God and You Podcast were written and recorded.

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 1/18/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 6/6 of the goals.

I completed the first part of my Babbel Spanish lessons.  I hired Deglom Marketing to upgrade the design of the u-prayer website.  I completed a new 3 month personal finance plan.  Assembled and used my roman chair.  Episodes 5 and 6 for the God and You Podcast were written and recorded.  Lastly, I completed an entire week of 16/8 intermittent fasting method.
