ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY – Week of 5/3/21

I set 4 goals for myself the week of 5/3/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 3/4 of the goals.

I was able to update my 2-month financial plan which will carry me threw Many and June.  Also added several healthier menu options to my recipe tree.  I didn’t maintain the carb intake as things kind of fell apart when I had to travel a lot this week for work.  Lastly, I wrote, recorded, and posted the #14 God and You Podcast Episode – Doubt.

TONE SETTING SUNDAY – Week of 5/10/21

I challenge you all to make at least 4 non-routine goals for the upcoming week and reference them daily.  Use them to guide your actions when you have free time.  These are my goals for the week of 5/10/21.⁠

This week for goals I have a sexi six.  I will solidify the maintenance strategy of Fantasy Block app once its launches.  The subscription payment issue with good play will get resolved.  Time will be spent networking with someone new.  I will reach out to my marketing source to see if they can help with building my IG/FB following on bizzyjimme and uprayer accounts.  A salvation content post will be created to be shared with the world weekly.  The writing and recording of the 15th God and You Podcast episode will be recorded.

I will update my financial plan for the next 2 months.  I will continue to refine my at home recipes to be healthier.  75 carbs daily will be my limit.  The writing and recording of the 14th God and You Podcast episode will be recorded.

I will make another 3 pieces of content for the bizzyjimme and or u-prayer website this week.  I will overhaul my menu and create some more nutritious options.  I will read the Mike Todd Relationship Goals book.  Lastly, 4000 crunches will be completed by end of week.

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 2/1/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 3/6 of the goals.

I successfully brainstormed new content for both the bizzyjimme and u-prayer brands.  Completed at least 3 miles of cardio daily before bed.  Lastly, I wrote episode #8 for God and You podcast.  I didn’t meditate with God the way I needed all 7 days of the week.   Haven’t hired someone to do SEO of the book though that will get finalized any day now.  I also fell short of limiting consumption of carb intake to 75grams.

Yeah I’m a few days late this week.  I figured everyone’s eyes would be on the super bowl.  I have a 4 goals for this week.  I will start actually writing the new content I’m going to use for my sites and social media in advance.  Establish exit plans and alerts for my stocks for when I should cash in.  Attempt to consume under 75 carbs majority of the week daily.  Lastly, I will get in 5 miles of cardio in every day this week.

Part of being accountable is sharing results even when its not favorable.  I successfully created a month’s work of content for the u-prayer brand.  I also added exit plans and alerts for all my stocks.  Unfortunately, I fell short of getting in 5 miles of cardio a day and under 75 carbs a day.

I completed the second part of my Babbel Spanish lessons.  I read at least 15 minutes each day this week.  I haven’t hired someone to do SEO of the bizzyjimme site.  I did 2 miles of cardio every night this week before bed.  Lastly, episodes #7 for the God and You Podcast were written and recorded.

I have a 6 goals for this week.  I will think of updated content for bizzyjimme and u-prayer brands.  I will dedicate time daily to meditating with God.  My book will have a firm assigned to it boost its traffic thru SEO.  There be a limitation of no more than 75 carbs daily and I will make it a point to do at least 3 miles of cardio before bed.  Lastly, I will record episode #8 for the God and You Podcast will be recorded this week.

I set 6 goals for myself the week of 1/18/21 and to be transparent I’ve posted what they were. The red “x” indicates which ones I actually completed. I executed 6/6 of the goals.

I completed the first part of my Babbel Spanish lessons.  I hired Deglom Marketing to upgrade the design of the u-prayer website.  I completed a new 3 month personal finance plan.  Assembled and used my roman chair.  Episodes 5 and 6 for the God and You Podcast were written and recorded.  Lastly, I completed an entire week of 16/8 intermittent fasting method.
